Well, biochemistry is already a field of its own, but the way physics comes into it is kindof esoteric. On one side, you have the kinetics of the human body (or other body), and then on the other you have quantum physics, the underlying mechanics of chemistry. Protein-folding is somewhere in the middle. Why do you have to combine things? Just research what you need to know... look things up on wikipedia.org for a few weeks and just follow links...

Process Engineering perhaps? it's the ultimate multidisciplinary subject, and it's useful. But you'd need to find a uni that specialises in bio processes, like anaerobic digestion and all the new clever things that people do with bugs. Oh, and you've got to get used to certain smells.

COMBINED SCIENCE!
Study the discipline that interests you the most.....or all 3 as seperate subjects unless you are a rem?
