Somebody needs to learn how to use Google.

Go to www.google.com click on images, type in Cell, viola!

A source that is probably at the level you are interested in is:
http://www.cs.utexas.edu/users/s2s/latest/cell1/src/tutorial/cell_membrane.html

A wonderful source of information is the NCBI online books, in this case, "The Cell, A molecular approach" by Geoffry Cooper would be appropriate:

If they are looking for three main parts, they mean nucleous, cytoplasm, and cell membrane or cell wall. Eukarotic is a fancy word that basically means has a nucleous. Plants and Animals are Eukarotes and have nuclie, bacteria do not. In addtion to a nucleous, Eukaryotes have other intra-cellular organells that perform speciallized functions.

Plant cells will have stiff cell walls that have cellulose in the cell wall, animal cells do not have a stiff cell wall and have a cell membrane that is flexible.
