ATP is Adenosine Triphospate, it is a chemical that stores energy in its phosphate bonds, to be utilized by the cell. There are three parts to this chemical, the phosphates (3 of them), a ribose (which is a 5 carbon sugar) and a nitrogenous base with is the adenosine. I know some times it is hard to realize, but chemistry and biology are intertwined. If you search yahoo using the Images tab you can find lots of ATP pictures. I hope this is helpful.
