After the wrist, you have joints between the carpals, the carpometacarpals, the metacarpophalangeal joints, then the proximal and distal interphalangeal joints.

In the feet, same thing except carpals are tarsals.... But in the foot they are more specific, there are articulations between many bones including the navicular, calcaneous, cuboid, talus, and the cuneiforms.

Um...the last time I checked the hands and feet aren't connected by a joint.

You mean in elbows and knees?

They are gliding joints and saddle joints.
