I think that one time Mars was coverd in water then and over the years that water formed channels and what not. Then the water slowly started disappeering. The reamining water evaporated then suddenly there was a super eruption and that water formed with the volcanic ash. from then on mountains were made out of tuff! and earthquakes!

CAN MY THEORY BE TRUE?

I had heard in news recently but didn't catch everything. Something about Pluto not being a planet and now believed to be hotter than our Sun. So what is the definition of a star? What makes the Sun a star? They gave another name for it but I didn't catch it. What this all about? anyone know?

Do you think that its the goverment spraying us? Do you think its alien spacecraft? Do you think its the atmospheric conditions at the time of the plane passing? We live near Cleveland Ohio and last week there was a full grid pattern in the sky and a big hubbbub on the radio about it.

In other words, distance is a misnomer in relation to the universe (infinite space). We can measure distance from ourselves using ourselves as a reference point, but what is our cumulative speed (earth's rpm, earth's orbit around the sun, our solar system's orbit around the milky way, the universe expanding away from itself, etc.) if we have no reference point outside of our system already in motion? Does the special (or general) theory of relativity have an answer?

Or am I totally missing something?

If I give you the following, can you calculate how fast the Earth travels around the sun? Whoever comes closes to the answer (or answers correctly first) wins. Here we go.

A) The sun's circumference is 2,729,873 mi
B) The Earth's circumference is 24,965 mi
C) The Distance between the Sun's surface and Earth's surface is 93,784,561 mi
D) The Earth makes one full revolution per year

Conversion: c = 2 π r.

Round to the nearest whole number.

Whilst at work today, I discovered the universe in my lunch box. No wonder it was so heavy.

How can I hide it, so as not to annoy Patrick Moore?
