You would see the Earth complete one full rotation, and you would see the relative positions of the Earth and sun change slightly as you move 1/28th of the way around the Earth along the Moon's orbit.

The relation of speeds of the Moon's rotation on its axis and its orbit around the Earth makes it so the same side always faces the Earth.
If you're on the "earthside" you would always see the earth. When you are in your night, you would get to see the stars like no one else left down here dirt side can. They would be clear and twinkle-free. No atmosphere to mess up the "seeing".
Just bring a good A/C and blanket cause the difference between the Moon's night and day is very, very extreme. Plus, when you are in the sun, make sure you have adequate coatings for your helmet glass or you'll go blind almost instantaneously --just get with NASA, they invented that stuff like UV coatings decades ago.

If the Earth was in your sky (i.e you were on the near side of the moon to the Earth) you would see the Earth perform one revolution.

As for the stars and the sun - they would change position just a little in response to your moving about 1/28th of the way around the earth.
