does it make sense that aliens exist way before us, like 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 years and their technologies are, like 1 trillions better than ours? and because our technologies are not advanced enough to explore our space. is that why we don't know much about them?

The earth rotates around the axis and the moves in a verticle axis around the earth, then all the planets in the 'near solar system' revolve around the sun, all on 'what would be called verticle, in relation to the 23 degree tilt of earth.
