There are eight planets, but not the ones you listed. You forgot Jupiter, which is between Mars and Saturn, and you included Pluto, which is no longer considered a planet. (However, note that nothing has actually changed about Pluto, apart from what we call it. It hasn't fallen from its orbit.) There are also three confirmed dwarf planets: Ceres, Pluto, and Eris. There are other bodies that are considered candidates for being dwarf planets, but astronomers need to gain more information about the shapes of those bodies before they can determine that with greater certainty.

Earth
Mars
Jupiter
Saturn
Uranus
Neptune
Pluto
Ceres
Charon
Xena (2003 UB313)

But of late, 4 minor planets: Pluto,Ceres,Charon,Xena are considered as asteroids.
