Did anyone in the Toronto area manage to get a glimpse of the ISS this morning? It was to be in the southern sky about 6:30am for 2 minutes. Daughter and I got up and went out to find it but didn't! Where can I find out about other sighting times?
Thanks all.

Just saw the second half of a documentary on Einstein on PBS. They talked a lot about E=MC squared but don't recall hearing them say what the "C" represented. Really great doc that peaked my interest.!

A planetarium at a local high school is closed because there is no money allocated by the school board to keep it running. It is a tremendous waste of a valuable educational tool. School children and the community are missing out.

If they are not infinite, then time and space has an end.
Therefore we are living in a shell.
Then the layers of this shell would consist of no time and no space.
Witch of course is bolderdash, because space is infinite.
I have a substanal theory that makes sence on how the universe all began.
Would you consider this theory to be Nobel Prize adequate?
Or is a point of singuarlity possible to exist with in infinity?
Your choice.

How feasable would it be to build a flotilla of robotic vehicles and send them to the Ort cloud to pick up ice (comets) and guide them to crash in Venus? Assuming that only a small amount of energy is required to push an ice chunk out of its orbit out there.

I’ve always wondered about this.

If the Earth were actually:
1) closer to the sun by one diameter (one of Earth’s diameter),
2) farther away from the sun by one diameter (one of Earth’s diameter),

How would things be different on this planet?

Could we possibly be traveling through dimensions - (time travel) or even maybe simultaneously exist in different parallel universe? An example might be - during the dreamstate.
