The theory goes that a black hole is an infintely small point, so visually, no black hole is larger than any other.
They can however be measured in a variety of other ways, that led to the discovery that there are black holes, and then there are 'Super Massive Black Holes', which funnily enough, exist at the centre of every galaxy - including our own. I am unsure whether these have been ranked according to their 'size', but the answer to your question would have to be one of these Super Massive Black Holes.

NASA Observatory Confirms Black Hole Limits
The very largest black holes reach a certain point and then grow no more. That's according to the best survey to date of black holes made with NASA's Chandra X-ray Observatory. Scientists also discovered previously hidden black holes well below their weight limit.
These new results corroborate recent theoretical work about how black holes and galaxies grow. The biggest black holes, those with at least 100 million times the mass of the sun, ate voraciously during the early universe. Nearly all of them ran out of "food" billions of years ago and went onto a forced starvation diet.

There have been "discoveries" that claim they have found at least three black holes.
The first link leads to the discovery of one in the M82 Galaxy (roughly 15 million light years away from us) which is about 500 times more massive than that of our sun.
The second link leads to the other two discovered, one in the M15 globular star cluster (roughly 32,000 light years away) and the other in the M31 G1 globular cluster (roughly 2.2 million light years away). The M15 hole is said to be 4,000 times more massive than that of our sun, while the G1 hole is a whopping 20,000 times more massive than our sun.

It's called the mouth, people need to learn that one hole (the mouth) is bigger than the other (the ***). There are now more fat people in the world, than there are starving! I'm not sure who has the most problems though?
