What i really mean is simple ! there are so many wheater satellite orbiting the Earth , why can't we have access to theses views from space LIVE for the general public to watch like we can watch a live webcam about a traffic jam in ... Tokyo for example ?

I don't think they do live video that is non-gov. Plus that much dedicated feed from space is to expensive. Russians do a lot of private sector work hwoever.
