The moon has many craters because it has been hit many times by asteroids or some ther unknowned objects, why is it that the eart being more bigger does not have a history of craters? It should look similar to the moon, I would beleive.

33.6 L of CH4 are combusted under a dish containing ice. change in Hrxn for the combustion of CH4 is -802kJ/mol. How many grams of ice can you melt if none of the heat is lost to the environment? (change Hfus=6.00 kJ/mol)

is this how u do it? can u do it for me?

Calculate how many moles are in 33.6 L.

Moles X 802kJ/mol = total heat.

Total heat / 6.00 kJ/mol = moles of ice

moles of ice X mol wt. of ice = grams of ice melted

Find the parametric equations for the line of intersection of planes:

z= x+y, 2x-5y-z=1

Is it possible to set any x,y,z point equal to 0?

For instance my book sets x=0 and they get the points (0, -1/6, -1/6) & get the resulting parametric equations x=6t, y=(-1/6)+t, z=(-1/6)+7t

but when I did it I set z=0 and got points (1/7, -1/7, 0). I would get different parametric equations. Is this wrong?

Is there any organization that actually gets people together to go live in redwoods in an effort to save them? In essence, to help people literally become tree huggers?

What is the standard of care for PA's inserting central venous catheter? In my mom's case, the central line was inserted into an artery from the heart and it bled throughout the night (surgically placed at 4 pm, but not checked by a Dr until 10 am next morning). Can anyone tell me if the hospital would be negligent or at fault for not having a Dr. check the surgical procedure? If mom bled throughout the night and had to have 9 units of blood/ffp transfused the next day, would that be considered as bleeding to death? She passed away a week after the incident. She never regained strength or awoke after the incident. Where would I find the standard of care for central venous catheter insertion?

I'm writing an essay for my Anatomy and Physiology class and I don't know where to begin. I have to write about three reasons why the study of A&P can be seen as valuable to our culture today, especially in light of technology. I just need some ideas to get the ball rolling. Thanks!

As we know Solar System consists of galaxies which orbit the Sun. But at the same time, the Sun loses it gravity and attraction power toward these revolving planets because it loses mass and energy constantly and this theory looks logic.

My question : Is there any antithesis which dismisses this theory and if yes why?
