Im in a confusion. Imagine if two objects were squashed when dropped and both returned to their original states.
However, one of them deformed less in comparison to the other before it returned to its original state.
Does this mean that the object that deformed less is more elastic, does this also mean that it will lose less energy to the surroundings?

I need to do them for Mu Alpha Theta, and its not cheating cuz it says I can use any resource (see for yourself) that includes internet and other ppl!. I'm a freshman and let me tell ya, if I try these I will be going in way over my head. Computer programs help, especially for the last questions that aren't really questions, don't ask me which ones! I have no idea...I got a few answers though.

my blood pressure always 135-140/ 60-68 . i want to make it low i tryd alot i walk and run for 2 hours everyday i eat fruit and vegtable but nothing change i am only 26 and i made check up blood and urine its all normal , now am eating garlic and drink fresh lime mix with water , i heard about coconut is good for blood pressure so can anyone tell me about it ? also i am not in medicine i am 5'8 190 pound i was 250 before but nothing change in my blood pressure ,doctor didnt put me in any medicine and i have a pointment next month !
