If water gives off heat energy when changing states from a liquid to a solid due to latent heat how does it manage to ever freeze. We are talking about the same type of heat energy that drives hurricanes so this is no small amount of heat ?

Of course a first response is "no of course it can still happen even if it's chance is zero" And I know I'm adding emotion to science, But do you think that statement is true? I'm basically asking the converse of "if possibility is 0% than probability is 0"

Think of this stiuation, If i'm walking on the street, and I see some dog poopoo mixed with uranium, there is 0% chance no matter what that I will eat it, so therefore is it impossible for the event of me eating it to occur? I say it is impossible because the event will never happen, and it is impossible to prove it's possibility, so therefore it's impossible right?
