No. The 3 existing shuttles will be retired in 2010. Flights to space will continue with the new Orion vehicle scheduled for completion in 2013, but it will be a capsule on an expendable rocket, much like Apollo was.

No. After ISS construction is complete in 2010, the Space Shuttle will be retired.

No, because they're scrapping the shuttle program and replacing it with a new manned exploration system.

The new system will have 2 rockets (called Ares rockets) - a large one for lifting cargo into orbit, and a smaller one which will lift human passengers. The humans will ride atop the rocket in a vehicle called a CEV - Crew Exploration Vehicle.

This new system will be the basis of new missions to the moon.
