It's hard to explain this but has anyone ever just finished eating and there's this feeling from either in your throat, or perhaps your chest, and you make this loud sound - but it's going inside rather than coming out?

It's not a burp or hiccup. It's as if the body is trying to correct something when it makes this loud sound as something is happening.

Would anyone have a hint of what I'm talking about? I've been out in public and seen various situations where someone would be at a table and make a noise right after they've just finished eating. Sometimes it's quiet but sometimes it's very loud.
