You can buy cadavers for experiments during the early centuries but in our present time, there are strict guidelines that rules therefore buying dead people in the clearest sense is not allowed.

Cadavers for experimentation purposes are available in medical science- related facilities. These cadavers maybe from donors who had a will to donate prior to their deaths, financially incapable deceased patients whose family agreed to donate the cadaver - with honorary burial and funeral promised to be shouldered by the instititution once they are "done" with the experiment, unknown or unclaimed cadavers.

To give emphasis on, not anyone is allowed to do experiments somewhere. Experiments are only allowed for medical or scientific purposes as far as I know. The study and use of human material are implicit within medicine. Clear formulated ethical guidelines are supposed to be followed.♥

Anyway, have a look at this link - it is worth reading: http://www.asa3.org/ASA/topics/ethics/PSCF3-95Jones.html
