ok a magnet has two poles right north and south in all diagrams ive seen going back as far as maxwell there r always two seprate flows my question is simply why r they disected at intersection instead of simply folded kind of like the symbol for infinity the motion of the field follows the g r therory it should stay in motion that acts as one instead of two seprates like the earths axis

When you accelerate a charged particle, as when electrons slam into the anode in an X-ray tube, or the beam of charged particles is wiggled by a non-uniform magnetic field in a synchrotron, electromagnetic radiation is generated. What's the formula to calculate its wavelength?

All you people are probaubly (I spelled that wrong... whoopie) all tired of my questions by now, but... I need help... AGAIN!

I swear this is a question by brother asked me!

Why is diversity of species important?

To me, it sounds like a school assignment, but considering the fact that he's already out of school, I'll try to screw him over by asking random people on the internet instead of actually looking for the answer myself.

Cheers!

or not

I got this question in my head while I was laying around at home, bored out of my skull. Now I can't get the question outta my head. I gotta know the answer or I'm gonna go crazy.

Note: You can give me links to pictures of what the inside of the butt looks like, BUT DO NOT GIVE ME LINKS TO PORNOGRAPHY!

Oh, and I'm talking about the human butt, not an animal or otherwise non-human butt. Also, I'm not into butt-philia. What I am into is my own business, though (just thought I'm clarify all that).

* * *

I'm also proving a hypothosis to my question.: I think the inside of the butt looks like a tunnel of tissue, muscle, or skin-like material. And maybe the color of the inside would be a mixture of red and brown, 'cause, you know, red for blood and brown for solid waste.

I apologize if my hypothosis description made you sick or vomit. I just thought I'd provide a hypothosis, for two reasons: 1) to prove I'm not a butt-phile; 2) to compare my intuition with the reality.

If I’m 100 mile way for some place and I start driving towards it at 100 Miles an hour, BUT when I'm 99 miles away, I slow down to 99 MPH, and when I’m 98 miles away, I slow down still to 98 MPH, and so forth, until I’m one mile away and I slow down to 1 mph.

How long will it take me to reach my destination?

The question pretty much sums it up, but just to clarify.

For example (please don't limit your response to just this example), the tendancy for people to disregard the advancments science is making because it interferes or disagrees with their belief in maybe God or something more specific in their religion.

This is not a question for any type of essay or school work because it is summer break and that would be to risky of a question for a teacher to ask in a public school anyways. The reason I am asking the question is because...Yes I do feel this way about certain things and I wanted other people's opinions.

Evolution is a theory. It is clearly and regularly refered to as such. Creationism is also a theory. This means neither has been proven. Although I can provide findings and facts that make the theory of evolution more plausible (such as the "mutation" of a simple cold virus on a yearly basis to render it immune to last years antibodies), I cannot provide absolute proof. But creationists talk as if scientists are unable to budge from evolution. Every scientist in the world will agree that the theory of evolution is false when someone presents evidence of such. And every scientist in the world will agree that creationism is true once someone produces solid evidence that proves it. It is the doctrine of science that they don't seem to understand.

I don't know, and thats ok. I don't have to imagine or invent a reason or explanation for something that I cannot explain. I simply live my life with enjoyment and kindness, and that will provide all the satisfaction I need.

Darwins theory says that if a mutation is not favorable, it will be omitted. This obviously happens at the genetic level. So why do we still carry junk DNA around? If the simplest answer is usually the correct one then I would think that junk DNA is not spent cartriges, but more like blank checks. Are there any known correlations between junk DNA and random genetic mutation? Your' thoughts?
