Trying to Conceive - February 2007

I have been taking the ovulation test strips everday this month to try adn track my cycle better- I have tested negative everytime
Is it possible I may be pregnant if you are not ovulating??
or just a faulty test result?

Okay I just need opinions, if you were me what would you think of this and what would you do about it. Note: have dr's appt. Tuesday Morning. Okay here goes, My "period" started on day late and it is totally not normal. Very light bleeding mixed with alot of mucus for one day only. Now brown spotting. I can push on my nipples and they feel kinda like a bruise feels yet the rest of my breasts arent sore. I am FATIGUED! All I want to do is sleep. Feel tired as soon as I wake up in the morning. Constant nausea but no vomiting, and woke up at 3 AM with hot flashes. Now I feel sniffly, I am just under 30, no birth control and always 28 day periods that start out with moderate bleeding and lasts for 5-7 days. God waiting to go to the doc's is murder. Feel like I'm going through friggin menopause. What is wrong with me? Opinions please. Serious answers only. If youre just gonna F@#K off dont bother.

I was on "the patch" for about 5 months maybe six, back in 2004. We got off the birth control in august of 04 about 2 months after we got married. as you can tell we wanted a child right away. Well we still have not concived and I have had my cervix checked, I have had a blood, and urine test done. and everything is ok. My husband on the other hand has had no test done yet. But my sister-in-law was on "the patch" as well and they have been trying for 5 years now. Is there somethin in this that is messing my system up???
Also she is going to start (i can't think of the name) those pills that help you get preggers, I would like to start them to but I am afraid they are going to cost waaaay tooooo much. Any adivse...please thanks!

I've read so many postings here about conception and so on. I think our society is becoming one of planning---we want everything when we want it. When it comes to having babies---RELAX!! Don't get hung up on all the ins and outs of when your body is doing what. Just relax, enjoy your spouse, let what happens happen. Anxiety and tension will affect your ablility to enjoy conceiving and therefore might ultimately affect your ability to conceive, period!

I have PCOS. I am trying to concieve. I have been taking clomid for three rounds now at the beggining of this month they put me on metformin. My question is how much doseage is good for someone to take that has Pcos They only prescribed me 500 mg a day and after reading about other peoples experiences it sounds like it is not enough?

I have been TTC for a few months. I monitor my cervical mucus as well as BBT, OPK's, and saliva monitor. This month I ovulated early (day 11 or 12) and it is now day 16. My cervical mucus is usually cloudy white before ovualtion and changes to clear and stringy right before ovualtion. All mucus was normal this month. Now on day 16 I am getting a white thick discharge. There is no color, odor, itching, or pain of any kind but I have never experienced this before. Is this normal? Thanks for your advise.

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for about 5 months now with no sucess. I went off the the Nuva ring back in Aug of 2005. I have been having fairly normal periods since then, but my husband and I are having no luck conceiving. Anyone have anything like this happen? I should probably also add that I have Crohn's disease which affects mainly my digestive system(it hasn't been very active lately though) but I was told it shouldn't really affect us trying to conceive.

I started my "period" one day late. I saw a red spot on tissue so I put in a tampon. When I pulled it out it was full but only with cervical mucus (eew) and one pink streak down the side. Followed by two days of "spotting" not even enough to wear a panty liner, only spotted when I wiped after peeing. Also the night I started my "period" I went ahead and put in another tampon ( to save my sheets, figured I would wake up in a pool in the middle of the night) and the next morning it was the same cervical mucus with one pink streak down the same side. What the h@## is going on? Could this have be pregnancy or miscarriage? And I know Call your doctor already have but he cant see me till Monday.

to have the eggs release as per ob and fertility specialts. So I was on clomid day5-9 and than I got my injection when they were big enough and there were 2. So my chances for twins is increased but do people usually have twins that have this and than time intercourse right as we are. We were told what to do when to do it and how many times. I mean what really is my chance of at least one being fertilized?

i had a period on jan 10th and starting feb 1 I started spot up until feb 4th i woke up bleeding everywhere i stood up and it was just running down my legs. Now it's feb 23 and i have some preg. sigh

ok This is the storey,iv been ttc for 8 months with no luck at all, im kinda sure i knnow when i ovulate but not to sure. so can u guys caculate when im fertile and when i will be ovulating? ok i have a 31somtimes 32 day cycle,this month i got my period on the 21 of february(im still on it right now) last month i got my period on the 21of january if thats helps. thank u .

My Last period was on the 19th of Jan. and it is the 23rd of Feb. My periods have been coming normal like clockwork. I have been having unprotected sex because me and my boyfriend are trying to get pregnant. My last period was indeed on time but I only bleed for 2 days and the rest of the time was brown. So do you think I could be pregnant. Another question can you feel like you have a cold or like flu symptoms when you are pregnant?

I never knew getting cold symptoms could be a symptom of pregnancy (sniff cough, sorry, excuse me! ahum, where was I) but on this fascinating and slightly addictive website, most of the now preg mums all got cold symptoms very early on after conception. Can anyone out there explain this to me as I've no idea how it could be linked? cheers
