Try tracking ovaultion by using ovualtion predictor kits or basal body temp or saliva scope. You can also get something that i have heard great things about called the clearblue easy fertility monitor but it is quite pricey. Good luck

Has your partner been checked for low sperm count? It does happen - I know a couple with this same issue the husband has hardly any sperm. This does make it harder. You could try the ovulation kits so you know when you are ovulating. It seems like the whole pregnant thing should be easy but you have to imagine that you have usually one egg that releases every month and lasts only 24 hours and sperm can last up to three days. So hitting the mark on this can be a little harder then it seems. I would (if you can) take a vacation a real vacation and just relax and have lots of sex and just enjoy it don't think about making a baby just being with each other and see what happens. It is a good reason to take a vacation. Lots of luck. This is from Rob K's wife.

Like most of the people said already try tracking you cycle to see if you are actually ovulation. If you are ovulation and can track it it can help you know when you are fertile and can conceive.

Check out the website www.fertilityfriends.com they let you create an on-line chart for free. Or go mymonthlycycle.com they will let you print the chart for free. Both these sites will explain how to chart your cycles.
