A talk with your dr can help a lot he/she will be able to make sure everything is okay with you and give some helpful hints based on your personal medical history. Some advice is to: have sex when you ovulate, use certain positions, chart your temp, & using a pillow like you are doing. Here is a website that explains all of those & more. If you have more questions on any of the tips it should be fairly easy to find some medical info about it online. (Sex is natural with someone you love so I'm sure that you are "doing it right.") Best Wishes!

First of all do not pay any attention to the idiot who is correcting your grammer and stating you need to go back to school. He apparently is not taking into consideration that this is important to you and your husband. With that said, I have a girlfriend who came to me with the same problem. Both she and her husband tried for 3 years to have a baby. I don't claim to be a doctor, but this is something my grandmother(who is from the Carribean Islands) told me and it has worked for several people I know....there is a drink you can purchase from your local package store called Guinness Stout. Blend it with sweet condensed milk/ milk/ nutmeg/ and a tiny bit of cinnamon to taste. Let your husband drink it ( not you)...about a glass every other day or so. Good Luck sweet heart!
p.s. The girl I spoke about has 3 kids now!

.First of all, please go back to school. If you have a child, you will need to read and follow instructions. The things that you and your husband are doing should produce a child, but to be honest, you don't sound old enough or ready to be parents. It would be wiser to wait until you are better prepared for the extra responsibility
