When embryos are frozen in a fertility clinic, is the baby always a girl?

I was curious because all of the cases I've heard about concerning this have been girls. But I suppose it's just a coincidence.

I have never found any kind of research that says they are all girls. It's basically up to the sperm that has been injected into the egg that makes it male or female!

No at that point its just an egg with the X chromosone it takes 46 chromosones to make a human 23 from the mom and 23 from the dad...Sperm is what determines the sex of the baby.... XX= girl XY = boy...

Well I guess you have a 50/50 chance of either. But, to answer you question, no it is not always a girl.
