Pregnancy - August 2006

I'm not 100% sure yet, but I think I might be pregant again. any creative ways to tell him? The first time I just kinda blurted it out.

Ok I dont actually know I'm pregnant yet (thanks to my useless doctors) but I'm fairly sure. This past week I cant get comfortable at night, if I lie on my back I can feel a weight in my abdomen pushing down toward my back, it gets really uncomfortable. Could this be due to the pregnancy? If you experienced a similar thing how far gone were you when it started?

My best friend is pregnant with baby number 2. During the first pregnancy, she tested negative for Cystic Fibrosis. This time (3.5 years later) she has tested positive for it. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, please elaborate. If you have not experienced this, please do not respond. Thanks in advance!!

I heard of a TV show called "Medical Mysteries." I haven't watched the episode about pregnant man but I heard of it. I was astonished.

my bf and i had sex and yesterday was the last day of my period and he wore a condom and it didnt break or anything is there anyway i could be pregnant? he did *** into the condom THEN pulled out tho.

okay im 3 months preg. and i get sick ALOT...i get alot of morning sickness and yesterday I was helping my mom move and i just got reallllly sick and i couldent keep anything down..im sick of getting sick and i know its not good for the baby..so when will this stop?..

My friend is all shook up because she just had a miscarriage. Now she is 21 and really doesn't want the baby because it was from an ex bf who is an a s s (he thinks that her being pregnant is just a lie in order to get him back). But since we are Catholic Christians who value life, she is really shaken up having a miscarriage. I don't know what to do or what to say in order to make it feel better. I said an awkward "All will be ok" because i was caught offguard and didn't know what to say. How do I help her get through with it?

Before you answer please take a second to read my story. I'm 34, expecting baby No 1 in December. I am an "emetophobic" (phobia of vomiting) which means I get into a terrible panic state if I even think I might be sick (last time I was sick I went into actual shock). I'm also terrified of hospitals!!

It would be easier for me to have a homebirth but thats not possible because I am taking anti-depressants (Paroxetine) which my doctor has advised me to continue throughout my pregnancy. I need to give birth in a hospital in case the baby has any withdrawal from the Paroxetine (I wanted to stop taking it but Dr advised me against that).

Because of my phobia I am terrifed of nausea/vomiting in labour and my Ob/Gyn Cons has advised me to therefore have a waterbirth and avoid having narcotics to avoid any sickness from the drugs. But all mothers I've asked seems to think that it isn't possible to have a first baby unmedicated because of the pain and length of labour. Opinions?

My implantation date would have been on or around August 15ish. I haven't had very much breast tenderness (a very, very little bit maybe) but I've been having cramping in very low abdomen (like I was going to get my period) on and off since the 15th. I've been having TERRIBLE heartburn at night, getting warm all of a sudden for no reason...EATING LIKE A PIG!!!! and small headaches, VERY VERY moody. I am having that "feeling" that I could be pregnant, but some people say it could just be my period coming, which is due 08-24-2006...does it SOUND like I could be in the early stages of pregnancy? Taking a PT tomorrow.
