Sounds like you could be over doing it. Really no lifting and moving heavy objects. Also now that it has gotten worse since you were helping your mom move I would call your dr. and make sure everything is ok. Get plenty of rest, eat lite nothing heavy or greasy and take it easy. Morning sickness is normal and for some lasts the entire pregnancy. Good Luck and Congrats!

Mine just stopped around the 4th month. But be careful you certainly don't want to dehydrate, that is not good for the baby or you. Protein use to help me, like peanut butter and crackers. I also sipped on a coke all day long. I know the caffeine isn't good but my doctor said it is better than me throwing up all day long.
I know this may not help but remember it is all worth it, and believe it or not you won't remember being this sick....until you go and do it again.

It depends - some women have morning sickness through the first trimester, then it goes away during the second trimester and then comes back for the third trimester. Make sure that you are getting enough fluids so you don't get dehydrated. if it is really bad, contact your OB - there are meds. that you can be put on to help with the vomitting.

It shouldn't last to much longer hopfully.
Most moms stop having it around 16wks.
Though with some it may last another month, and a very few have it off and on the whole pregnancy :(

if its morning sickness it can last through out your pregnancy but usually stops about 3-4 months...but if you think you might have like the flu...call you doc...

it varies with every woman. might help answer your question if you can find out how your own mother fared in her pregnanc(ies). to some extent, it is hereditary.

as for easing the nausea, try anything with ginger (e.g., tea, cookies, etc.) and those wrist bands. don't worry, your baby will be fine. and when in doubt, check with your ob/gyn.

good luck!
