yes. I lost 10 lbs in my first 3 months. Go to the doctor. They will do tests. They took my blood and my urine test just to make sure I have enough nutrients in the system since I lost weight.

If you're asking whether you can deliberately lose weight while pregnant then I would say no. Its not a good idea to think about losing weight while pregnant. You will gain weight not just through "fat" but through your baby, your enlarged uterus, your placenta etc. And cutting down on what you eat can harm the baby.
Some women do naturally lose weight while they're pregnant. My mum weighed less when she was full term with my brother than she did before she was pregnant! But she didn't do anything to deliberately lose weight. I'm not sure why she did lose weight but it didn't have any bad effect on my brother (who's now 28!).
Some women lose weight if they've had bad morning sickness and found it hard to eat enough. But in those cases they will be monitored by a doctor and given antiemetics/fluid replacement.
I've put on over a stone in my pregnancy (I'm pretty slim) and I really don't care. I can work on losing it once my baby's here!!!

Yes, you sure can! But as a previous poster stated, whether or not it's healthy depends on your starting weight.
With my second pregnancy, I started off 40lbs overweight. Once I knew I was pregnant, I put myself on the diabetic diet I was on with the first pregnancy (I had gestational diabetes with both). When I went into the hospital to deliver, I was the same weight I was for my first doctor's appointment.
This might sound ideal, but trust me - I was under a very watchful eye at all times, and only lost the weight because I was following a very well planned diet (crafted by a dietician, not me).
So it's possible, yes. Ideal, probably not. Since you'll be getting weighed at each doctor appointment, if your doctor notices any changes, s/he will bring it up if concerned.

you might lose a few pounds in the beginning because your body is getting used to feeding you and the baby. I lost about 4 -5 pounds my first 2 months but now I am starting to gain weight. If you lose alot of weight then I would be worried. But if you are going to a doctor once a month like you are supposed to be your doctor will monitor your weight and tell you if you are losing to much.

Depends on your weight now.
If overweight, many moms do loss weight, and is normal.
Because excepting moms tend to eat better foods, and their metabolism gets a boost while pregnant.
Not to mention if you have bad morning sickness.
I lost 25 pounds my 1st trimester, with my 1st pregnacy due to this. And lost a total of 40 pounds. (was 40lbs overweight, and was the best diet, I ever tried, because I didn't try. LOL)
I was also seeing a nutritionist who said everything was perfectly fine, and the baby was growing at a normal rate.
But I would consult with your Dr to make sure the baby is growing at a good and you are eating properly.

Slimming World food optimising plan can be followed by pregnant and breast-feeding women although it can't guarantee weight loss while pregnant it is a healthy plan to follow, with extras allowed for this. Obviously if you are not overweight in the first place it would not be recommended 28lbs is the average/healthy put on in pregnancy not the 72lb I put on hence knowing about Slimming World!

You definatly can lose weight but you need to make sure obviously it is not too much. Alot of mommies lose some due to the dreaded morning sickness and just over doing it. Good Luck and make sure if you are losing more then you think is healthy get checked! Congrats!

Slimming World's food optimising diet is safe whilst pregnant (I think it's actually the ONLY slimming club whose diet is safe for pregnant women). It's totally healthy and you can eat lots while still losing weight. Find your local group and go talk to the consultant, I'm sure they'll tell you how safe and healthy it is. If you're still worried talk to your doctor or midwife. Good luck!

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant here https://tr.im/sDAyJ
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.
