I am 5 months pregnant with my second child and because this was my second time pregnant I knew what to look for and I felt my baby move at 14 weeks. The only way I can explain my babys movements is that its kind of like a moving pressure below the belly button, and the kicks feel like something kocking inside of you.

My baby moved after about 4 and a half months, and it was the most amazing feeling ever! I felt something touching me, moving inside of me, not hard, it wasn't a kick, just a gentle turn,or move, and I had a hot flash for about 10 minutes after that, I was happy, it felt good, but also unusual, and I was in the same position for about 15 minutes, because I couldn't believe the feeling. It's awesome. I've heard before how it's gonna feel, but feel it myself is different! I will never forget it,I love to think about that moment :)

I was 16 1/2 weeks when I first felt the baby kick. For the first 16-26 weeks (or so), the only way I could feel the baby move was by laying down and pressing on my abdomen. It wasn't until later than I could feel him kick while I was walking or sitting.

since I could only feel it with my hand, it was pretty obvious. Something was kicking my hand! Internally, he'd move--and I'd stop and think, "I didn't move!" Like gas or little bubbles.

They say putting cold on your abdomen makes them more active!

i don't remember after 14 years the time/month it happened. but there i was, watching TV and then this thing happened, something moved, and it wasn't me!!!! I was not really thrilled about the pregnancy thing, and to be honest I thought I had a huge maggot or something alien in me. It did not feel magical, it felt gross and made me scared. over time I got used to that's how it felt and as it got bigger it felt more human, especially when I could see a head/hand/foot shape in my belly. If you don't feel all glowing and bonded about this gross feeling, it is OK. It does not mean that you will be a bad mom or that you will not love you baby. it only means that you are used to feeling alone in your body. oh it wont last forever and it will be over soon. so chin up and don't watch the fly or alien or the alive while pregnant. hope this helps.

I was about 5 months along and oh baby did she kick. I thought someone had done punched me in the gut. My daughter was a big puncher and an even big kicker. I would do it all over again just because it felt amazing to feel her move inside of my tummy, You will know when you feel it sometimes it feels like butterfies and other times it feels like a cheerleader. Good luck and all my prayers

I was between 4 and 5 months pregnant. It felt like butterflies at first-you haveto get used to the feeling because at first i didnt know what it was because it didnt feel like kicks or movements from the baby. Once u get use to the feeling {maybe between 5 and 6 months} its going to be a wonderful feeling!

Congrats

When I first felt her move it was kind of like gas bubbles moving in my tummy. I believe that I was about 4 months along.

1st pregnancy I felt her move much later, it was closer to 5 months. It feels like gas gurgling around or like a butterfly flying around in there. Very cool feeling.
With my the last 2 kids I felt them moving at end of third beginning of fourth month, I knew what it felt like by then.
Good Luck!
