Our children should not pay for what our generation spends.

FROM MARCH 2006. (NOTE: Dems only got control of congress at the beginning of this year)

Faced with a potential government shutdown, the Senate votes to raise the nation's debt limit for the fourth time in five years. The bill passed by a 52-48 vote, increasing the ceiling to $9 trillion. The bill now goes to the president.

The debt now stands at more than $8.2 trillion.

Well if a Republican wins , then the Democrat's disappointment will be for obvious reasons -- They Didn't Get Their Way .

But if a Democrat wins, I'm certain that Democratic Supporters will be upset as well . Many of you live under the illusion that "All Things Will Be Revealed" regarding U.S. Foreign Policy. .. . . and they won't !
Or that surely a Democrat can negotiate with adversaries who don't want to negotiate. . . . . ... they don't and they won't !!
Then comes the next and most devastating disappointment. . . .. ... . The Reality Of Hillary's Promise To "Take Things Away From Us" . Translation? = Your Money !

Now if any Democrat other than Hillary were to win , then I believe there'd be slightly less disappointment , but that's up to you Democrats to nominate one of the more honest candidates .

Hillary Rodham Clinton voted Wednesday to advance legislation cutting off money for the Iraq war, then refused to pledge to support the measure if it came to a vote, then said she would.

At lunchtime, the New York senator and presidential candidate was asked repeatedly by reporters whether she favored the troop withdrawal legislation that had just come up for a procedural vote on the Senate floor.

Her answer: "I'm not going to speculate on what I'm going to be voting on in the future. I voted in favor of cloture to have a debate."

By supper time, she had a different answer.

"I support the underlying bill," she said. "That's what this vote on cloture was all about."

Even Big Oil stocks like Exxon did much better under Clinton.

It's beyond me why anyone from the right would have confidence in Bush who's proven to be a complete idiot.

even higher, does that finally make it acceptible to right-wingers that conflict(war) and the actions of the President does affect oil prices? Or do they still wish to deny all of reality as liberal bias?
