Is it because they want a return to the "good old days" under Jimmy Carter?

Keynesian economics tells us that money is based on the perception of market value. The more stable a government is the more the money is worth. By electing a Democratic Congress the people of the United States created an antagonistic and unstable government.

Money is a liquid asset and until 1933 money was based on the value of Gold. In '33 we went to a semi-Keynesian economic system where the government backed the money, but, the money supply was based on the amount of Gold the US government has.

In '70 we went to a pure Keynesian economic system where the amount of money is totally dependent on the stability of the government.

Governmental stability = money stability.

Withdrawal from Vietnam in 1975 = dropping dollar since the world perception was bad US government.

Withdrawal from Iraq = dropping dollar since the world perception would be bad US government.

If he will ever be brought up on war crimes. My question to you is this: Are we ready for the "proven" liars who used to be in the white house to return?I suppose that when the world came crashing down around us on September 11 one of the real benefits such tragedy left us with was that there was no need to be reminded any longer of the unseemly deceit, acts of marital infidelity, the brutal use of absolute power to bully the press, and worst of all having our leaders point their fingers at us and boldly tell us untrue things - merely to save their own hide. If Hillary Clinton becomes president - get ready for everything we hated about our government to come springing back to life. The now thrice confessed to manipulation of questions by the Clinton camp as it related to campaign rallies, or even supposedly non-partisan debates took us back to the reports of the same type when the "charming Clinton" was the candidate.

If you can't afford routine furnace maintenance (which we all know is very cheap) and a carbon monoxide detector, would you really want everything that comes from your furnace to stay in your house? Sometimes, drafts are a life saver.

Your thoughts?

George Bush is one of the greatest presidents America has ever had and I am sick and tired of people trying to blame him for things that he "did wrong." The liberal media has been on an attack on him since day one.

He has liberated Iraq. He has tried to reform the health care system and social security, but the liberals in congress won't let him.

We are very lucky we have him. He is tough on terrorism and that is a FACT. If Gore had been president during 9/11, there would have been more attacks.

Agree?

It is hillarious to see people claim how wonderful a weak US dollar will be.

Have they considered the effect a weak dollar will have on the everyday citizen?

I notice ALOT of simularities between the racist ZOG theory against Jewish people and the Reptilian Conspiracy theory. It's basically the same conspiracy theory, except instead of them saying "Jews" they say "Reptilian".

Basically; It's code language so that they don't appear racist/anti-semitic to the main-stream. But other believers of this conspiracy theory know exactly what is being talked about.

It's both very offense and those that actually believe a super race of reptiles are trying to take over are getting suckered into this racist thinking.

...initiative 747 last week. The court by a 5 to 4 decision said voters did not understand the contents of I-747. Did not understand it??? We voted it in so property taxes would be capped at 1% annually. Our SC judges in effect said that "Washingtonian's are to stupid to think for themselves"! Is this the height of elitism/arrogance or what folks! Were not only the fifth highest taxed state in the nation, we've now been informed that some counties in Washington will see a 20% property tax increase! Rep. John Ahern, republican Spokane, represents our sixth district & he informed us about this "little" temper tantrum our socialist judges pulled on us. Is any one else getting abused in there states by power hungry bought & paid for judges???

Clinton left office in early 2001 with a balanced budget.
Bush has been serving since 2001.
When Clinton left office, Bush stopped and changed any Clinton policies that he did not like.
From 2001 until early 2007, the Republicans were in charge.
Now, it is the Democrats in the Legislative Branch and Bush in the Executive Branch.

We are in the middle of at least two wars, every other day there is a toy recall, the US can not handle a disaster, our rights have gone down the toilet, and a good amount of homeowners have lost their houses.

Why is Clinton being blamed for any and every problem?
When can we start blaming Bush?
