I want to answer this with a question... what do ppl that believe in God see Heaven as? Do you think there is money, social classes, ppl with more than others, ppl with less, etc...

My answer to your question is yes. No one person's job should have more value than any other person's job. The irony is that the harder jobs in this country require more work. I've done both. At age 16 I worked in a fast food restaurant that was like being a slave worker where you are not allowed to sit down even on breaks.

After college and before successful writing career, I worked as a systems engineer for IBM then later Microsoft. During those jobs, I was required to arrive to work anywhere between 7 and 9am.. there was a window and I could take a half hour or 2 hour or even 3 hour lunch.. if I had a hair appt, etc.. I just left... I did whatever, whenever I wanted to. BUT MADE 100 times more money than when I worked like a slave at Wendys.

If we were a small group of people this would be ideal. The problem is there is just too many people and not enough resources to go around. I do believe it is possible to work for the benifit of society though. And I'm not sharing my pizza with anyone.

It would be lovely if we were all generous and gracious instead of selfish and suspicious. In an ideal society, humans are not flawed, and it is their flaws that damage the system of sharing and equality. In a real world, there will always be the need to feed and protect your own children, and the instinct to do WHATEVER you need to in order to make that happen.

I think that if a person wants to own and have anything, they need to work for it themself. Why would I want to work myself to death, to give some one who does not want to work for anything, my hard earned money. I think every one needs to take care of their own family and self. I think all of society should have exactly what they worked for themself. Why reward some one for being lazy. If we get rid of money, only the government will have it, and we will be under total mercy of the government for a home, food and healthcare. How much more communist could we get than that. So, the answer to all four of your questions is NO.

Sure why not. The poplulation is lazy already. Why would someone want to do more work than they have to? There is no incentive. People wouldn't want to get a higher education because they wouldn't have to. You work hard in the early years so you don't have to later in life.

Been reading Das Kapital lately. What do you think communism is based on, and you have seen how well that works. you idea is a lovely one, but as you see what happened in Russia (USSR) it's a figment of the imagination, it can't work,it doesn't work. Unfortunately you aren't offering a solution that hasn't be tried before.

The soviets tried that. It didn't work too well. You work for the benefit of society. I'll work to get paid.

It used to be that way. But it didn't work so people started bartering for the things they needed then we moved to money.

If humans really have it in their capacity to share everything, we would. But humans are greedy. We want more than the next guy.

No, no, no, and hell no! Try getting a job and paying your own way before you spout this liberal nonsense. Do you think your boyfriend will be willing to share you? Are you willing to share yourself?
