He wants to fix the problems that exist rather than talk around them. That I can sign on for! He has my vote! I'm voting for him in the primary too as well as volunteering and donated what I can.

Yes. Ron Paul seems to have a great track record in Congress of voting affirmatively on issues that correlate to the rule of law set by the founding fathers, is not prone to succumbing to the forces of big money and special interests, and speaks frankly about the positions he holds. i have not seen him waffle or avoid any debate questions yet. If the majority of people really know what this country is all about, what principles it was founded on, and how it should apply its powers - Ron Paul will be the next president of the united states. He would be the candidate of the American people and only the people. However, I don't believe the majority of Americans know or care much about the Constitution - much less about the influx of foreign meddling and control of the rest of the whores - I mean politicians - in Washington, so the opportunity for something great will be squandered for the status quo again. Bush, Clinton, Clinton, Bush, Bush, Clinton, Clinton - insane? Sure!!! Can it happen? We're dumb enough to let it. Ignorance is bliss!!!

If not Ron Paul, then I can think of no other. Clinton is a spend crazy socialist, and Obama is not patriotic. Both are advocates for foreign nationals, and giving them benefits that are paid for by American citizens. Ron Paul is an advocate for all the things that made America a great nation, and realizes that our middle class is in dire need of his type of idealism and leadership. I definitely will vote for Ron Paul over Clinton and Obama! The republicans are no better, because they are only for corporate interests.

I favor Ron Paul in spite of his few extreme leanings like legalized drugs and prostitution, which the people would never allow anyway. But he is the only Republican who has constantly voted against this unnecessary Middle East “war”, yet he’s a strong Constitutionalist and is very fiscally conservative. His focus is on the USA’s big problems, not everyone else’s, and without the socialist mentality of the Democrats. He is a physician, veteran, and longtime independent-voting Republican senator out of Texas. Not perfect, but he looks to me like the best for what America needs now.

He's the best candidate in the running. I'm not sure about that "only the people" line though. I don't think politicians have really been about the people for a long time.

No he is not. Being supported by a white supremiscist group (he hasn't returned donations to them, or asked to be taken from their list), wants to legalize harmful drugs for everyone (like we don't have enough already), and that he has flip-flopped parties quite a bit.
