Is the reason they are continuing to pretend to support Ron Paul because they know that he is the only Republican that Hillary could beat?

I seriously doubt that any Conservative would vote for Ron Paul.

No. Ron Paul is a Conservative, Republicans seem to hate that about him. Ron Paul is the only Republican who has a chance of winning against Hillary.

Well, I'd still vote for Ron Paul over Hillary, but then as soon as he was elected, we'd have to impeach him because he doesn't take his oath seriously, since he doesn't handle any matter not specifically dealt with in the Constitution so he's been irrelevant for 200 years.
Times have changed and this yahoo (not to be confused with Yahoo.com) is still living in the 1700s and wants to abolish the Dept of Homeland Security, the IRS, NASA and the Air Force, according to his platform.
After all, none of those are specifically mentioned in the Constitution. Then again, neither is Social Security... so I guess say bye bye to that, too, right?

Hillary and Ron are the two worst candidates on the field... and I'm SURE the American people are too smart to put either of them up as their candidate in the general election.

I registered Republican when I turned 18 because I liked the idea of a constitutionally limited government designed to protect individual liberties. Obviously, I haven't voted for many Republicans lately because they are simply not conservative enough for me.

I am a conservative who will be voting for Ron Paul - unless you can show me another candidate who is as honest and dedicated to the constitution and fiscal conservative principles.

After this primary, I probably won't need my Republican voter registration anymore. They look at a constitutionalist like Ron Paul and are deluded enough to think he's a liberal because of his conservative anti-war stance. The Republican party has gone so deep off the edge of socialism that they wouldn't know a real Republican if he showed up and schooled them all at the debates.

I used to think that Ron Paul would be the first presidential candidate carted off to an asylum but, Kucinich cut the line.

I think they love Ron Paul because he stands by their principles. Ron Paul is a liberal masquerading as a Republican. He doesn't belong on the stage with the Republican candidates. What a buffoon. Empty space. Hot air. Waste of time.

Ron Paul is a Libertarian, and all these Libs would go nuts if he were elected and accomplishes what he promises.

Ron Paul, Huckabee, and McCain are the only three conservatives running on the Republican side...do you even know what a conservative is?

no one is pretending to support Ron Paul. that man wants to help our country and get rid of the federal reserve which has been running our country since 1913. and to get rid of things like the IRS who ruin people's lives because they don't pay a tax where there's no law saying we have to pay it. we pay for our own labor in this country. how much sense does that make?
