It means something that hillary clinton would probably say. Shes runnnig in the democratic party for president of the united states. Someone probably said that while discussing politics. Or it was probably used to describe someone. Clinton is somewhat libral, which means more open minded. Some peopole are against that so the term may have been used to make fun of someone for being so open minded. for example if someone supports gay pride they may be called a clintonesque. I hope i explained that right

Clintonesque:

Having Clinton-like qualities. In matters of speech, to parse the English language so painfully at a direct question as to avoid responsibility for your own actions. In matters of conduct, to be more interested in #1, instead of the greater good.

His actions as well as speech are rather clintonesque.

Our previous president was named Clinton and his wife is currently running for the Democratic party nomination for the next presidential election.

"Clintonesque" generally refers to a political viewpoint that would most probably be supported by either of the Clintons.

Generally it is not considered complementary.

I'd say it's "artful dodging". Slippery - like the greased pig analogy above. Charges in scandals simply will not stick to either of the Clintons. It's an amazing ability to be raked through mud and still come out clean somehow. I respect the Clintons because one has to admire people who are very very good at something. They are the best at evading. Unfortunately, that is what the political system requires in this country.

If you can get all your friends to prefer that you lie as opposed to telling the truth, you are said to be Clintonesque.

Clintonesque would imply to be like Clinton. So that could be interpreted either as being an infidelious liar (Bill Clinton) or being a flip-flopper (Hilary Clinton).

It means that someone is in some way similar to former President Bill Clinton. Someone who looks like him, for example, looks Clintonesque.
