I would like to start selling acreage on the moon, I figure it has to be worth atleast 100 dollars an acre

The U.S. or any other country does not own the moon, but I think someone already is legally selling some acreage up there. Apparently they discovered a flaw in a U.N. law and laid claim to some of the moon, but I think the law has since been corrected (but you can buy parcels from the claim that was made before the law was fixed). Also there are some others selling lots but they have no legal right to be doing so, so be careful if you decide to purchase any land up there.
