It's straight up murder. There's no getting around it or making excuses. How can someone go through with it, or how can the doctors perform these operations and have a clear conscience? I don't get it! It's horrible!!!

With the Democrats winning the house majority for the first time since 1984, I feel like partying.Everytime I complained about previous elections, both for the house and the presidency, I have been bombarded with Republican's calling me a sore loser, with the exception of Clinton's term which Republican's that I have had discussions with always said that he was not their president but when I would say the same of Bush then suddenly I am unAmerican. But it wasn't that I was a sore loser or unAmerican but just was getting tired of things remaining status quo for so long.

Anyway, does anyone think Republican hardliners are going to be sore losers?

Keep in mind I am a conservative......We lost this election for one reason and one reason only, Iraq. Had we not went on this adventure of nation building we would have kept control of congress. Look what we have to look forward to over the next two years; illegal alien amnesty, higher taxes, withdrawal from the war on terror. Soon we will see how much Bush has cost us.

Since the reds and blues of USA are so opposed to each other and hate each other and quarrel and never listen to each other, how are we supposed to be able to teach the Iraqis to mend fences between sunnis and shiites and govern their country without civil war. USA is on verge of civil war. " Hello Pot, iIwould like you to meet Mr. Kettle".
We need to mend fences at home first and set good example.

Considering all the reports today of voter fraud in Virginia -- tens of thousands reportedly had to fill out conditional ballots yet to be counted -- then can we take this narrow victory as a farce that is really a pretty solid Dem victory in the state?
