Well put from the conservative view. Where were people like you all this time. Bush has not only gone on this failed mission, he has almost voided the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, he pandered to the Christian Right, he alienated most of the rest of the world, he has alienated anyone inside the country who did not agree with him by suggesting the were on the sides of the terrorists, he has been the most divisive President I have ever seen. By doing all these things, he has given conservatism a bad name, and caused far too many to be more than suspicious of Republicans. He has not only cost you all this, he has cost the country far more. It is time to abandon this "your either with us, or your against us" mantra and go back to this country's strength - we are strong because of the variety of opinion and creative energy of all of us, not just the select few. It is time to include, not exclude, as we face issues coming our way that will require the very best of all of us.

The Dems will only raise taxes on the super rich, so if you make more than $500,000 a year, you shouldn't see a tax increase.
Bush is FOR illegal alien amnesty, so there will probably be work with the congress in doing this - sorry.
The war on terror will never go away, it'll just be handled more intelligently, without all the illegal spying on Americans stuff.
I don't think Iraq was the only issue. The Reps have spent more and made a bigger gov. than the Dems ever have. Completely AGAINST the Reps principles.

It isn't just Iraq. Many thought the right were corrupt, immoral and pompous. They never listened to their people. Plus the fact they were voting against Bush, who is a complete AS$.

OK,you people need to get off the higher taxes thing. We have no choice but to have higher taxes because of our HUGE DEFICIT!!! That goes without saying we will have to pay for the huge debt Bush has made for us all. The tax thing is getting old so stop.

Wow we're nation building in Iraq! I thought we were investing in production, like producing terrorists by the millions. If some people in the middle east didn't hate us before I cant really blame them for hating us now.

Democracy happens. That's what its there for. As for me I think I'll get over it, when the Democrat house screws us over, the people will know how to vote.

I think some people missed the point of your question, or either didn't finish reading it. I am well aware of what is ahead of us, and it ain't pretty.
