If Quebec were a dictatorship & Egypt invaded, putting in their own government & occupying the major cities, then had to put down guerilla fighters. This included Americans who decided to join in the fight. Evidence of whatever-Quebed-was-supposed-to-have-done never comes to light. Egyptian forces torture their POWs. The death toll rises into the tens of thousands, with no end in sight. Power & water for most of Quebec is out. Some Egyptians start calling for obliterating the Christiano-Fascists that threaten Islamic culture. Then Egypt begins demanding the IRA disarm or maybe they'll invade Northern Ireland, demanding to know why the Pope hasn't condemned Christiano-Fascist terrorists.

Does this scenario help explain how the people of the Middle East might feel about US troops in Iraq?

uses the same traditional brainwashing techniques of Hitler's Nazi Party? CHECK OUT THESE TWO RECNT QUOTES I FOUND!!

"If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it,
people will become accustomed to believing it."

- Nazi Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels

"See, in my line of work you got to keep repeating things
over and over and over again for the truth to sink in,
to kind of catapult the propaganda."

- George W. Bush

Hmm...

I'm not stating my opinion, but just an honest question. Do all political parties in the democratic system use these same techniques?

Iran's KOCHULGA antenna device passively detects stealth planes 800 Km away, making the billions of Dollars spent on stealth technology and the AWACS planes (600km detection range) utterly useless. In addition, being passive, it cannot be detected, so the targeted plane(s) are unaware of detection and have nothing to home in to destroy the equipment made by Ukraine....

The Ukrainian scientific, engineering, and design solutions in the field of passive radiolocation, embodied in the Kolchuga complex, are what is eating U.S. designers and government functionaries, who are responsible for stealth technologies in modern armaments. Such technologies are meant to fulfill every general’s dream: to make his aircraft, ships, tanks, and other hardware invisible to enemies. The geometrical shape may be changed (like in the F-117 or B-2) to disperse a reflected signal from active radars, or there may be various wave-absorbing coatings to transform active signals into heat energy. But no modern military aircraft, tank, or ship can exist without its own radar. Without a radiating aerial it is simply “blind”. That is why every aircraft, ship, and ground-based radar complex has active radiolocation devices. These devices are always on, emitting radio signals. Each specific type of hardware emits signals within different parameters. Consequently, a machine on which an emitting radar is mounted can be identified.

IN the middle East?

Since we all should know by now that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 and therefore, nothing to do with "terrorism", How can we justify
150,000 civilians dead since this war started?

And why is Bush so cozy with the Saudi's?--
Since it is from Saudi Arabia that most of the terrorists come from the hijackers, Osama himself?
Why do all the other Middle Eastern nations who have public beheadings and stone their women get a free ride?

PARIS (Reuters) - France said it could not confirm a report on Saturday that al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden had died in Pakistan last month.

The French regional daily L'Est Republicain, published in Nancy, quoted a document from the DGSE foreign intelligence service as saying the Saudi secret services were convinced bin Laden had died of typhoid in late August.

Just for the fun of it - who do you think struggles more with obesity conservatives or liberals? Or is it an equal opportunity disease. If you think one group is affected more than another, don't they have an interest in better health care?

Putin was making a big deal out of the Israeli-Lebanon situation. The israelis were just defending themselves from the hezbollah terroist. Yet Russia condemns it. But the russians have no problem chasing arabs out of their citys. An article came out a few days ago about russians kicking out arabs from their towns, they have like a KKK-mentality.
Then the russians have no problems killign those chechen muslims, but when israelis kill islamic facist then its a whole nother story.

So shouldn't communist Russia just shut up and stop being so hypocritical?

Btw when Putin said "I don't want a democracy like the Iraq one".
I agree, in a democracy you need honest good people who care for the wellfare of the smaller people, putin doesn't shrae that vision. And in a democracy you need all sides to be represented and all views can be shared. So yeah, Putin doens't want a free nation.

Anyone who can not accept reality and relies on the comfort of a delusion should not be the president of the rotory club let alone president of the United States .Our founding fathers knew this and seperated the delusional from government to give us a chance to be free from religious persecution .

Delusion- is a fixed false belief , fanciful , or derived from deception.
Religion is such a delusion and because so many people are under it does it make it any less of a threat to the security and safety of all people .
Bush praying for guidence as to wether or not to go to war has got to be a symptom of a delusional and therefore incopacitated man unable to continue as president .
This should be the reason for his removal from office so that no longer do we have delusional people leading america down the path of assured distruction .

There is a huge difference between real news reported by anchors, and TALK SHOWS like O'Reilly!

Is the idea of media bias overblown when it comes to hard news?

There are shows like O'Reilly that are bias.....but it is a TALK SHOW, NOT REAL NEWS.

There are stories that are shown, that I don't agree with. That does not mean it's bias.

What do you think?
