It seems that purley for propaganda they used Communism as a nice face to mask thier writhing serpants of Totalitarianism. It seems ludicris to me that everyone has been calling thier goverment Communism when it was clearly not. I mean, wealth didn't even come close to being distrubuted evenly. Hardly anything was paid for since it all went into the military budget. These are not signs of a Communist goverment, at leas not the text book of Communism.

So my real question is why call a pretty rainbow a terdstorm? Has America been drinking too much of it's own hubris?

" From now on, the people who control money will run the world with only one objective--to make money. If it becomes necessary to overthrow governments in order to do so, then governments will be overthrown. This is the new ideology, so powerful that it is the only one permitted. No opposition will be tolerated. The free market now translates into unrestrained dominance of the rich over the poor, the strong over the weak." ( Former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, quoted by Reuters, attacking "new capitalists.")

The Scots-Irish and English were the first people to settle in the US, and, wouldn't it be interesting to add a state? The IRA wouldn't be able to rebel against our military, and they wouldn't be much of a threat, their country would be a better economical place if they belonged to the US. It could mean better trade and quite possibly lower taxes for us.

"While more Americans doubt the 9/11 story every week, evidence abounds that many have a mental block against rational examination of the evidence about 9/11" writes Dr. Reynolds in a recent article. Does this scare anyone else?

It makes the U.S. economy hostage to the whims of foreign investors, including governments. Eventually, they could decide they have better places to invest than in U.S. debt securities. This might be a gradual decision. Or it might not be. If the latter, it would cause a surge in interest rates (because the Treasury would have to offer more enticing terms to attract buyers) and trigger a recession.

i recently invested some money into a stock, my husband assured me it would be safe, i was a student with limited savings and out of work, he has been doing stocks for years, i asked him if it would be safe, he said yes so i invested in it, over aperiod of 9 months the stock went down, i was losing my money rapidly, in the end my husband advised me to sell it at a big loss and reinvest in another stock and give the 2nd stock 7 weeks to improve, that way it would give me bacl ALL my money, he said it would be a much quicker way than waiting for the 1st one to improve, he guaranteed my money back if there was no improvement, after 7 weeks there was none, i offered to extend twice making it 14 weeks longer for it to improve, it got steadily worse and worse, in the end my husband refunded me the second stock losses but has said the first stock is MY responsibilty and i must accept the losses so i have offered to pay him back as he refunded me in full then he said it is my responsibility
