Health care system in USA. I have to work just so I can afford to get insurance. My husband doesnt have insurance through his work. So we have two children and I dont want to be without it. But independent policies are so expensive, they have high deductibles, and have too many exclusions on coverage (such as having a baby). Why? Why? Why? We are suppose to be the most advanced country in the world yet we cant even take care of our health without going broke.

Things between the two "big parties" will never work out. There will never be an agreement between leftists and rightists. I think the best thing that could happen (that probably won't), is a division. I think those who agree with left-aligned, or right-aligned platforms should live in a certain area and be governed by those they believe will do them the best justice. It would be much better off for everyone if the country lived as two countries. Rather than the constant bickering and disagreement between the two. No matter how hard you preach unity and one country, it is not as such. I think the differences run too deep to find a middle ground. And if everyone was governed under what they believed was more correct, who would lose?

Don't allow those working for or supported by the government to vote. At this time over 55% of the voting population either works for or is being supported by, some facet of government (city, county, state, fed, SS, welfare, SSI).
With all these voting predominantly for more and "better" government.... the only viable outcome is more and "better" government. The gun is loaded against us (the working man)from the outset.

I would make the United States government conform to the United States Constitution.
Thanks in large part to Liberalism and their "Living Constitution," we live in an increasingly unconstitutional, religion-persecuting, socialistic, judicial aristocracy.

Eliminate the corruption and waste. Ban lobbying entirely. Require representatives to spend a certain amount of time in their home districts.

I think every elected official should have a 2 term limit & a 10 years ban on being a lobbyist after coming out of office....
or....impeachment for anyone that suggests to another not to enforce our laws (ie Bennie Thompson, Emperor Bush)
or....stop senate healthcare...have them use medicare like us peons!
griggster: to bad your not illegal - you could get free healthcare - including a baby every 9 months!
