The Constitution directs each branch to CHECK AND BALANCE the another two branches of government. Those checks must be performed on-the-spot, in real-time, not after the fact years later. Today, technology makes that possible, easy, and safe.

To provide America's taxpayers with perfect accountability on the part of the president, all the president's official oral communications can be digitally recorded by three separate recorders to make tampering impossible, and provide Congress with the truth, when it investigates misconduct.

For this, the Constituion will need to be AMENDED

The Watergate hearings found President Nixon guilty of bribery, perjury, obstruction of justice, and using the CIA to work for his re-election. Other U.S. presidents have also violated the Constitution. Presidents are "human beings", imperfect, fallible, and self-interested. No real-time judicial oversight of the president is dangerous.

When a president needs to circumvent laws, he must get permission.

In the past few weeks or so I've noticed many comparing the President of the U.S.A. to an ape and or other animals. Those of us who read and understand history knows this sends an eiree feeling from a dark past of evil. My first thoughts were when Hitler & the Nazi's did the same things with Jews & rats to an ready audience in Germany..and when the Southern Democrats showed pictures of Abraham Lincoln next to apes. The Nazi's and the Pro-Slave groups seem to have simular tactics as the Bush haters have.

Your thought's please...am I correct?

why? can't nations states govenments and thier people come to peaceful understanding that peace starts by not talking of testing weapons or to kill a race, for years some speack of peace but dont's understand the truth of the word, so i ask any one tell me now to insure peace in the world,also what is peace to any one that answer me(peace to you is??) thank you

So I go to buy the Ann's Coulter's new Book "GODLESS"..The Church of Liberalism. I walk in see the big sign "The Church of Liberlism"
GUESS what..they are SOLD OUT arrgg! So I ask the sales lady and she said I can go on they waiting list..I say okay! She said come back in a day or so..I did..went back and AGAIN..SOLD OUT!..now I'm getting a little upset..but to mad. So I ask to speak to the mgr..tell me about the waiting list I'm on...he say's Sorry but the last shipment sold out in 20 mintutes..I said: well I was on the waiting list..he said some cheated and bought more than one. I wanted to buy 25 of the book for me and Christmas gifts.
The question is shouldn't they ORDER more books if we are all waiting????? My neighbor bought 80 copies for friends..that seems a little selfish?
Maybe I'm just to sensitive???

I think non-government related individuals should be prosecuted to the maximum for selling authentic military uniforms with or without medals. Like everyone on the previous question that I posted said, the uniform and medals are worn to "show appreciation for the service the soldiers have done. They earned the right to wear the uniform and the medals,by bravery and sacrifice." "THE VETEREN WHO EARNED THE MEDAL OR MEDALS IN QUESTION PUT HIS OR HER LIFE ON THE LINE FOR THIER COUNTRY TO PROTECT WHINERS LIKE YOU, SO YOU COULD HAVE THE FREEDOM TO SAY WHAT YOU WANT AND WEAR WHAT YOU WANT AND GO WHERE YOU WANT. Basically, the article says, that if this new law becomes enforced, you could spend a year in jail/prison just for wearing a military uniform with medals on it. I want to hear some people's answers on what does it hurt? People should be able to wear what they want. Now if these people are using military recipients social security number along with the military uniforms and medals, then I see the problem.

Supposely, these people are dressing up like retired military recipients and going to funerals, banquets, and benefits.

I see no harm in attending a funeral. The banquets and the benefits probably offer food for the military recipients so all they would be getting is free food. So if they want to eliminate this problem, check social security numbers at the door. Don't throw someone in prison for wearing a uniform with medals on it.

If you read the Bill of Rights you'll see that everything they says fit in really well with the libertarian party's ideas. They want as little government interferance as possible and it's all abou the individual's rights.....What's wrong with that again?

We can't pray in schools but other religions can worship freely there, people mock Jesus but when ever other religions are made fun of its terrible for some reason. We're getting all this liberal crap shoved down our throats and we have to put up with it for some reason, but others dont because then its labled intolerance. I thinks its time Christians started marching against stuff like this, and against abortion and gay marriage. What do you think?
