He was convicted over 10 years ago, and has not gotten into any serious problems since then. He is a dual citizen of the U.S. and another country. Will he have any problems entering the country with a U.S. passport? If he used his other passport? Will they be able to pull up his record? The trip is only for four days. He was convicted because he was with the wrong person at the wrong time and law authorities assumed he was an accomplice. He is not a menace to society and is a good-natured, humble person. Any feedback you can give me would be truly appreciated.

I've been working as a storekeeper in Dubai for more than 11 months now. Due to some personal problems I'd like to quit my job and leave for my India. And my passport is going to be expired within three months(i.e. on 11/06/07). Within that period i'd like to land in India. Do my employers have any right to stop me from doing so?

Before I joined the US Army, I had been convicted of 3 felonies. The Army really turned my life around and I ended up in Iraq for a year, being decorated multiple times. Would my military service help my rehabilitation application be accepted so i can join my fiancee in Canada or do I have to go another route to be able to live there with her?

I did my bachelor's in the US, but came back to Singapore after that. Didn't use the 1 year I had to get a job as I had to settle some things back home.

Do I need to be in the employ of a US firm before applying for a work visa, or does it work the other way round?
