Our constitution has provisions for impeachment of government officials who fail to do their job or are convicted of crimes. There is a hesitancy in congress and the senate to take impeachment action against the president and the vice president. Those who believe impeached should be taken are afraid to take a public stand because they may loose votes and be on the po-po list if they do not succeed. Maybe what we need is a constitutional amendment that says the President, the vice president or any member of congress or the senate may be removed from office by a majority vote of the people during the next public election regardless if their elected term has been completed. This way the American people could remove the person in office without the impeachment process and without the person being allowed to remain in office when they are not worthy of it and the politicians would be more constituent aware.

Everyone seems, on the surface, to agree that education is important for our children... but why does it always stop there?

As soon as the question of raising taxes to fund education comes up, that attitude is all but forgotten. Nationally teachers make very little money compared to other professionals with a 4 year degree. If we paid an adequate salary, would the caliber of teacher increase as fewer people are turned away from the profession by economic factors? Class sizes are constantly getting larger, so our children receive less personal attention. Shouldn't current textbooks with accurate information be a necessity? The long term benefits for our children, and our country, seem to more than justify a small increase in taxes. How about once a month everyone gives up one of their $4.00 visits to Starbucks and we put that money where it will do some good!

Hillary did a magnificent job of stepping around questions this evening about her support for states giving illegal aliens drivers license. When asked if she supports the idea she said she supports the governors doing what they think they need to do. When they tried to pin her down to her opinion about DLs for illegals she managed to skirt a positive answer. She did say she thinks illegal aliens who are in the United States and are working, causing no problems and desire legal status then we should give them legal status. This woman is out of her mind! Polls show that 88% of Americans do not support amnesty for illegals; why does she continue to support it. That is why she avoided a positive answer because she knows if the American voter knows her true feeling she will loose votes. Watch the news; se how she skirted the answer and then tell me - is she worth your vote?

by their own parents or friends ? that never realize happen to you ?because i think i got robbed or my own mother stoled something from me that i ever thinking she done something stupid to steal something from her own blood daughter . i had this real gold heavy necklace that my teacher from 8 th grade gave me a gift for my 8th grade graduation . its was something special that i never forget , but i think my mom stoled from my own bedroom jewerly box ? c why i think that cause i wasnt home over the weekend when i came home yesterday i fouid out that she was cleaned out my closet , then today i was going to my jewerly box i saw that couples of my jewerlys was gone. i was upset that why the sake someone want do that to me. so today my mom went out , i went to her room to see if she stoled something from me again. she did stoled my other necklace that my best friend got me for x-mas gift , i also found my wristbraclet and the necklace that my gradma gave me when she died.

Over the last 100 years there has been major media reporting of pending global climate changes looming just around the corner, about every 25 years we go from global warming to global cooling.

Every time they have had scientist claiming this to be a fact. Could one of the reason be that the media needs to report a crisis in order to be relevant are certain individuals and government use this so call crisis as a way to line their own pockets and to controls the lives of others, please check out the site.
I think one of the main problem in this world we then to look at events thru the prism of our own life time with very short memories.

I have been summoned for jury duty. My state is a "one day, one trial" state. This means that I'm only required to participate at a courhouse for one day if I'm not part of a trial selection process or for the length of one trial.
