The Secret Service is free since Bill Clinton is a former President and his family is included to be under watch by the Secret Service.

Fraginal: You missed the point of the question.
The Clintons had servants quarters built for the Secret Service agents that guard them and DO Charge the government rent on those quarters. I don't know how much but they are sending the taxpayer the bill.

it particularly is totally logical and criminal for Chelsea to have the secret serice secure practices. She is a former first newborn, and her dad grew to become into President, so this usa is obligated to guard her. If I have been guessing i might say that Chelsea herself might quite no longer have the secure practices--she gets particularly uninterested in it. that is in basic terms protocol!
