I have to give to them boyz... nice timing!!!

Helloooo!!!

Ermmmm... more then 1000+ innocent people died in Lebanon and more dieing - FACT!

In the news (UK) ... I just saw a top copper giving a news conference and the phrase that stuck in my mind was, (and I paraphrase) "the devices that they would have built could have caused a lot of damage".

So they are virtually shutting down air travel from the UK, and passing on that logistical nightmare around the world in disrupted schedules, all because of devices that didn't yet exist?
I'm awaiting the appearance of Britain's law enforcement TV superstar, Sir Ian Blair, to tell us what a fine job he is doing and how we should be very, very scared, with baited breath.

NOTE: would have built? and could have?

more scare mongering?

No sheep wishes to venture very far from the flock.

But havn't we had enough of this bullcrap?

9/11, 7/7 and now this? for what?... to justify more Wars and more blood shed?

The media sits there and tells everything on the news about stuff that goes on. Lets tell the terrosist what our next move is.....Duh? Like right now they are telling how to make the liquid bombs like the ones found recently by the airplane bombers in England. Duh lets tell everyone how to make them so we can have more bombs...Gosh the media is dumb.

When a sex offender is let out of prison on parole, is the person`s parole papers public informaition?
If so where can I get a copy or call to find out anything. I have tried to talk to the parole officer, with no LUCK.
I have information on where he lives, but I was needing information on his Parole guidelines....Someone told me that this is not public information, how long he will be on parole, like how many times he has had positve drug test, if he is able to leave the
county he is in..etc..etc.
I cant find anything on the internet about it.
he is a level 3 offender sex offender. I myself feel like all levels of sex offender information be made public information...
He is around children and lives in a house with a young minor and the minors mother. This is where is was paroled out to.....

CNN has a poll up on its homepage asking "Which issue facing the U.S. do you think is more important?
-Terrorism
-Gas Prices
And surprisingly the poll is nearly a tie. 38000 so far chose terrorism while 37000 chose gas prices!!! Unbelievable. Do Americans really think terrorism is just fading away or is it just that they truely think gas prices are more important to them? I dont understand. I would think the most important and vital response would have been terrorism. Gas prices are out of control right now but it hasnt stopped people from going out and getting an SUV. So whats the deal. Anyone who chose gas prices needs to get thier priorities straight. Terrorism is a threat to our lives and other peoples lives. Innocent people. Gas prices are not especially if you are not changing your personal habits to help yourself. If you havent heard a terror plot was just foiled in Britain. What happens if the next one isnt foiled because some dont think its important?

Question context:
--
I'm sure many of you have been following today's ongoing story of the foiled bomb plot in the UK.
-
Looking at some of the official government rhetoric describing the plot and particularly the quote in the question title, do you not think that this wording is possibly 'amplified' to instill a sense of fear in the citizen population? Fear whose influence may or may not lead to future public backing of new or existing anti-terror policies/interventions by the UK government?
-
I am not denying the fact that these terrorists exist and that they need to be dealt with, and I am all for tackling radicalism in our communities with and from all ends of the spectrum, but at the same time I'm aware that our governments are no angels either and that there are often hidden agendas.
Lond story to make a short point...sorry about that.
-
So what do you think?

it is clear now for the people who has open mind to see that BLAIR and BUSH have the same option, their intention from the begining to make our world less secure and to implement thier pitch dark project indifferent of the cost .they,ve chosen 10 Aug to declare again war against our security because they ,ve fallen in Afganistan,in Irak and the end ,war in Lebanone showed their bloody face, they do not care about anybody only about their ambitions and now, they try to do the same, threated us with terrorism which 100% does not exist, their messege clear give us time and more power to fight against terra not agaist terro. How can you believe this:terrorists hide Explosive in their hand,s bag,,do not see.. years of cautions, study, tech protections and the terrorist comes with his Bomb in his hand to kill us,if this happening then the terrorist is one of them and sending by them.please do not be a robot think alone!
