if you talk to your employer they can put any earn income credit due to you as an add in on your paychecks, but it will only be a percentage on every paycheck, you won't get it all at once and you won't get any at tax time since you will have used it up through out the year

The IRS website has information about the Earned Income Tax Credit, how to determine if you qualify, etc. It's at www.irs.gov. Click on "Individuals" and you'll see a link to their page about the earned income credit.

Just apply on your tax returns.I don't know how to do the tax thing so I have it done for me,I just tell the people doing my taxes about my little girl and I always get it.

in order to qualify for this you must live on ur own and have at least one child. tell ur tax prepaerer that u have a kid and they'll do the rest.
