I'm looking for a website that clearly states the police's reasons for disliking the new bill that allows the selling of hypodermic needles over the counter.

I realize the answer is plain and simple, but with mainstream media being in favor of this bill, no article/website/newspaper I search through has given the police's reasons for rejecting this bill, only the reasons why this bill is going to "save lives"

I'd just like a URL to a website which clearly shows the cons of such a bill.

First Lt. Ehren Watada could face at least two years in prison for failing to obey an order to deploy. ....
Based on his study of papers by international and constitutional law experts, as well as documents from governmental and non-governmental agencies, he said he concluded that the war in Iraq is illegal and immoral.

"We have violated American law," Watada told The AP, adding he believes that with respect to the question of whether Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, intelligence was manipulated "to fit a policy that was already implemented prior to 9-11 and prior to the invasion."

"We can't break laws in order to fight terrorism"

First - do you agree with his statements about the war
Second - Would you do the same thing?

Honest answers & please be respectful...even if you do not agree

Me and my family were still in the city for the hurricane. We werent really scared at first because after it stopped raining there wasnt any flooding or anything. Dont get me wrong the wind had done damage but it still didnt flood. Way after the strom was over water all of a sudden poured in the city and we were so scared for our lives. We were stuck there for about five days at the convention center thinking that anyday someone would be there to get us. We had to sleep on the ground with the fear of a family member not waking up in the morning. I just want to know what everyone thinks abpout the whole situation. Thank you in advance and may god bless everyone who is helping us out in our time of need.

If they are 100 percent sure he was in there, why didn't they try to arrest him? Instead they blew up his remains with a 500 pound bomb so we can never prove whather or not it was true, or whether it was just a stunt to increase the numbers in the polls, and save the Republican party, and increase morale about Iraq.

rather hear the deaths of our soldiers ?
They've come up with all sorts of conspiracy theories & negative talks such as: the Bush administration cooked up this news to steer away all attentions of the alledged killings of Iraqi civilians; Iran sold Zaqawi out to the US in trade of US joining the Iranian nuclear talks; Bush needs this news to boost his all time low ratings; news of Zarqawi's death helps the Republicans this coming November elections; it makes no difference 'cause another terrorist who's more extreme, more fanatical will step in Zarqawi's place; Zarqawi death only makes him more of a martyr, a hero to other Muslims...on & on...
It is just unbelievable !

For those who don't know, Abu Al-Zarqawi is the Al-Qaedai leader who was in charge of the many beheadings of Americans and innocents. He was also the 2nd man in command for bin Laden.

Will this have an impact on the insurgency in Iraq? Does it help or hurt our attempts to get out of the country in a reasonable amount of time? Will this unnerve the insurgency or strengthen their resolve?
