Telstra is cutting off phones all over australia this week.
Over 3oo complaints have been recieved at my office.
One lady with children had her phone disconnected because she owed $7.00 seven dollars.
If they dissconect you why pay????
Change to another company or go to prepaid mobile and teach these barstards a thing or two about customer service.

if guessing you work for telstra...
but yes the customer service does suck i recently got broadband unlimited and when i get the bill it was $800.00
they only had me down for 400mb... every person i tried t o talk to didn't have a clue what i was talking about i knew more then them and i dint even work in that field.
telstra definatly needs to learn how to do some GOOD customer service...
