I personally see no reason to be paying more than $3 a gallon... They say they need toe $$$ to build new refineries, etc, but how much could that POSSIBLY cost, esp. when oil companies are showing record profits-- AFTER the expense of new construction have been subtracted. Isn't that what profit is, the total gain after expenses!?!

NEW YORK (Reuters) -- Media conglomerate Viacom Inc. said Tuesday it filed a $1 billion lawsuit against Google Inc.and its Internet video sharing site YouTube over unauthorized use of its copyrighted entertainment.

The suit accuses Web search leader Google and YouTube of "massive intentional copyright infringement" of Viacom's entertainment assets and seeks an injunction against further violations.

Viacom contends that almost 160,000 unauthorized clips of its programming have been uploaded onto YouTube's site and viewed more than 1.5 billion times.

I personally think that they are just digging for gold on this one, they could have filed suit a long time ago, but instead they waited until Google bought it and actually had some deep pockets to pick. I think it's B.S... what do you think?

I live in Lenzie and work in Motherwell my old car was a ford escort, as i have quite a long round trip every day i desided to do my bit for the environment, so i bought a subaru had it fitted with high time valves also got it chipped with a couple of other green modes it now has a respectable 375hp cutting down my driving time by at least 33% I have mostly motorway miles m73 to m74 to commute and i save the environment an amazing 14mins in the morn and 8mins going home (traffic). this works out to over 80 hours driving time a year that i am saving for our planet on my trips to work alone, not only that but i now get a wonderful feelgood facture as I know that i am doing my part in preserving mother earth for our so deserving and charming youth.
