we have to debate in world geography n i need some opinions

Should the United States withdraw all troops from Iraq or should we stay the course?

1) You will research and prepare an argument for EACH SIDE of the conflict.
*You must be able to argue in favor of withdrawal.
*You must be able argue in favor of remaining in Iraq.
3) Each argument MUST include historical and current event information as well as important people or theories related to the issue.

I want to switch careers from being a legal secretaryto being a journalist. Do I have to go to University and get a degree to be a journalist or is there another way? It's just that I've been to Uni before and 3 years is a long time. Plus, is age a factor (I'm 27 now). Thanks.

She's guilty, she has already been convicted of being guilty. I dont need to hear stories from her best friend, housemate, landlord, dog trainer about how she "really" is guilty. I guess it not really a question more of a vent but what are your thoughts on it?

With Rudy Gulianni, Hilary, Obama. I think it's about time that we have a female a/o a black president. I am very interested in seeing how this plays out. I hope that people will see Hilary and Obama first as presidential candidates and second as a female and a black man.

Why is everyone so scared of their own shadows? I think the Boston Lite-Brite incident just shows how stupid this is getting. Are you afraid that the boogeyman terrorists are going to get you? You idiots do realize that you have a better chance of getting hit by lightning then getting killed by a terrorist, right? If not, then you need help. When are people going to realize that your government wants you to be scared out of your minds so that they can do whatever they want to you in the name of security? Not this American. The only terrorism in this country is being caused by airport security and SWAT teams invading your home because you may have a joint in your ashtray. The sooner you people realize this and say enough is enough, the sooner this **** will stop.

I work in a convenience store and The Sun/News of the world vastly outsell every other paper on the shelf, but why I ask? What is the appeal to cheap scandal sheets that are just all out trashy? I prefer the more refined journalism of the Telegraph or Times myself.
