I think first of all, you have to understand what happened really, so cleaning your house will be the best.
Knowing what really happened at the USA elections, the responsibility of Halliburton and associates at the invasion decisions.
I think you have to make rules so there is no way the oil industry can share interests with the government,
i mean how clean can this be?
And try to make good information really available to everyone, because voting for Bush was because of the fear factor he injected to your nation.
And try to be united as a nation, being divided is so good for the politicians, they are the real winners when you are sent to a new war again.
and be really vigilant that any freedom is taken away , like Internet , or anything because they count on your ignorance as to manipulate you and lie to you.
So what I am saying is clean the house first, punish Bush for lying to you, so it never happens again.
I think the world can take a breathe after this, and the Iraquis will do the best for themselves..

The United States and every other country supporting troops there can withdraw. All non-profit organizations can stop sending money or any other type of support to Iraq. Halliburton, General Dynamics, General Electric, and all other so-called American for-profit corporations and companies can bring ALL their employees back to the United States. Close every embassy, U.S. or otherwise, in Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, and other Middle Eastern countries. Let these countries know that they are on their own!
Will this scenario happen? No.
Make no mistake: War, occupation, conflict is profitable. Millions, billions of dollars have been generated among the private and non-private sectors of the world since WWI.

We can't, the Iraqius have to clean it up now. It has become a conflict plagued with regional, religious, and ethnic interests, based on hundreds, if not thousands, of years of history. If we support the Sunni, we are effectively supporting the insurgency and the Ba'athists. If we support the Shia, we are supporting a future key ally to Iran. If we support the Kurds, we are inviting an ethnic war where the Kurds will seek their autonomous state - Kurds in Turkey, Iraq, Iran, etc. will rise up and try to capture their own state. There isn't one true enemy we can pinpoint and there isn't one good ally we can keep....

Not a hope in hell! There are at least 3 or more (many more) clear factions who will not work together under the current situation. Setting up three states under one country MAY have worked but it's ALL way too late now... It will get far worse before it gets better.

First understand that the Iraqis have to do it themselves. Then assist them in every way possible, as and when they want it.
