KARACHI (Reuters) - Religious organizations in Pakistan are using the Internet to help Muslims in Western countries buy and sacrifice animals for an annual festival.
We all know the internet is being used for all sorts of evils, porn, gambling.. now ritual murders of animals. nice. Apparently this is a convenient service for uncivilized people living in the civilized world to kill animals which would otherwise be illegal. I think these people should still be charged for cruelty to animals. What's next? We can pay and order some human beings kills in some undeveloped country? So sad and disgusting

A Libyan court sentenced five Bulgarian nurses and a Palestinian doctor to death on Tuesday for deliberately infecting hundreds of children with the virus that causes AIDS, provoking a chorus of Western condemnation.

The six deny infecting 426 children, more than 50 of whom have since died, with HIV at the hospital in the late 1990s.

The defendants' main lawyer said they planned to appeal to the Supreme Court against their latest conviction, which some analysts say Libya may use to strengthen its hand as it seeks foreign financial compensation in order to placate the families.

The International Council of Nurses and World Medical Association said the ruling turned a blind eye to evidence -- including from Luc Montagnier, a French doctor who first detected the HIV virus -- that the children were infected well before the medics arrived in Benghazi in 1998.
Tripoli has demanded 10 million euros (7 million pounds) for each infected child's family.

This report was just now shown on the 12 noon news on channel 11 in Atlanta. Fortunately, the creep was soon captured after he drove off with the little girl, and she was rescued. Is nothing sacred anymore? All I can say is: BEWARE OF SANTA CLAUS, unless you're sure who he really is.

It's just such a tradgedy. I'm from dallas and it hits us hard to see one of our own families from here hurting like this.

Is there any new developments or updates?

We need to pray for these families. God is the only one who could possibly bring a miricle to this family and bring the other two home safe.

Hamas and Fatah terrorists continue to shoot, shell and kidnap each other, making mincemeat out of a declared ceasefire. Four deaths were reported by Tuesday afternoon. IDF sources: no civil war.

At least one unidentified Gaza Arab was killed Tuesday morning, when Palestinian Authority militiamen from the two competing factions waged a gun battle near the Shiba Hospital in Gaza City. Several people found themselves trapped inside a nearby mosque for fear of getting shot in the crossfire.

By later in the day, two more men - members of Fatah - had been killed, shortly after being kidnaped. Their bodies were found in the street. Hamas denied involvement.

The clashes involved the elite forces of PA chairman Mahmoud Abbas of Fatah and the well-trained and well-equipped Hamas terrorist militia. IDF sources said on Monday that several Hamas fighters are being trained in Iran.

Conservatives are also more apt to read the Lefts blather as (contrary to the popular view of the shrill screams from the Left)
conservatives are much more open minded.

For instance (gag) I read Maureen Dowd, Kingsley, NY Times op-ed, watch cnn frequently, Bill Moyers, Noam Chomsky, Molly Ivans etc. just to keep up with the liberal lemmings march to self-destruction.
